DroneShield Limited has announced a follow-on contract worth $5.2 million with a long-standing European in-country reseller, supporting the continued rollout of DroneShield’s counter-drone technology to a European military customer.
The contract covers the supply of handheld counter-drone systems and associated accessories. DroneShield has confirmed that all hardware is already in stock, enabling immediate delivery under the agreement. Cash payment will be received in Q4 2025, and no additional material conditions are required to complete the order.
The European reseller has been a trusted partner for the past three years. Including prior orders, DroneShield has now received 12 separate contracts from this reseller totalling more than $70 million, excluding today’s announcement.
DroneShield also confirmed:
-
The identity of the end-customer is not considered material to the price or value of DroneShield’s securities.
-
All material information related to the contract’s impact on the company’s valuation has been fully disclosed and the announcement is not misleading by omission.
As previously advised to the market, DroneShield’s announcement threshold for received orders will increase in 2026, rising from $5 million to $20 million, aligned with its 2024 revenue of $57 million. Smaller orders may still be announced where appropriate.
