EDGE, one of the world’s leading advanced technology and defence groups, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI), a major force in the South Korean aerospace sector. The MoU establishes a framework to explore potential collaboration across aerospace, defence, and related advanced technologies.

This preliminary agreement marks the beginning of discussions between the two organisations as they assess opportunities that could align with their shared strategic interests in next-generation defence systems and technological innovation.

The MoU was signed by Jaehong Kim, VP and Head of International Business Development, MENA, KAI, and Khaled Al Zaabi, President – Platforms & Systems, EDGE. The signing was witnessed by JaeByoung Cha, CEO of KAI, and Hamad Al Marar, Managing Director and CEO of EDGE.
