IP25 Digital 728x90px x2 250627 01DroneShield  a global leader in counter-drone (CUAS) technology for more than a decade, today announced the expansion of its support for Ukrainian customers through a newly established local partnership.

Since the start of hostilities, DroneShield has provided trusted CUAS systems in Ukraine, protecting military, infrastructure, and civilian assets from evolving aerial threats.

Building on eleven years of CUAS expertise, DroneShield has leveraged frontline feedback from Ukraine to enhance its artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) platforms. This operational experience under high-threat conditions has significantly advanced detection speed, accuracy, and adaptability against novel drone tactics.

Oleg Vornik, Chief Executive Officer of DroneShield, said:

“The conflict in Ukraine has crystallised what forward-looking militaries already recognised: the need for advanced, adaptive counter-drone solutions is now a matter of national resilience, not optional investment. Our work in Ukraine, while only one element of our global operations, has been pivotal in advancing the sophistication of our AI, with benefits extending worldwide.”

The new partnership ensures DroneShield’s Ukrainian customers benefit from:

  • Localised support and service delivery

  • Rapid technology updates

  • Secure intelligence sharing with headquarters

DroneShield emphasised that while Ukraine remains symbolically significant and technologically valuable, it represents a small portion of its wider global operations. Active across more than 40 countries, including major deployments in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, DroneShield continues to address surging international demand for AI-driven CUAS solutions.
