MilCIS 2025 ADPR 728x90Hanwha Aerospace has signed a contract with BAE Systems to integrate next-generation anti-jamming Global Positioning System (GPS) technology into its Deep Strike Capability precision-guided weapon system.

The collaboration brings together two leading defence and aerospace companies to enhance missile guidance technology against electronic warfare threats. BAE Systems’ military-grade GPS expertise will provide a state-of-the-art shield against jamming, ensuring superior precision and reliability in highly contested environments.

Billy Boowhan Lee, Head of PGM Business Group at Hanwha Aerospace, said:

Hanwha’s Deep Strike Capability system offers flexible, multi-calibre and multi-range rocket launch options. Its dual-launcher configuration allows a wide range of guided rockets to be fired from a single platform, enhancing operational flexibility and firepower.

The integration of advanced anti-jamming GPS ensures the system meets full NATO interoperability standards, increasing its competitiveness in European and allied defence markets. This strategic upgrade positions the Deep Strike Capability as a highly reliable precision-strike solution for modern warfare.
